The kids really kept us going this weekend, and we

The kids really kept us going this weekend, and we are still trying to recover. They had us out late at a ⚾️baseball game and then 🎾 tennis the next day. There were many things in between like worship and preaching (we NEVER miss that), but we broke our normal weekend activities.

I even got to take them to the 🍦ice cream truck for the first time. I THOUGHT I was going to get a little work done, but by the time Sunday rolled around, I only had enough energy for 🍷wine and a movie. I was in bed before 10 a.m. That’s REALLY early for me.

This is why I love living life by my design and in harmony. My family required my attention this weekend, and my work got zero, and I’m fine with that because they worked in harmony with one another.

If work/life balance is what I sought, I’d be hard-pressed to find it.

Life changes quickly, and what it requires of me changes quickly as well. So, I need to stay flexible, and constantly chasing a life of balance doesn’t allow me to be that.

Stop chasing perfect scales and embrace what life is throwing at you. Take breaks at unconventional times. Break the rules while making your own. And don’t simply wait idly by while life moves; live life by design.

🫶🏾 I strive to go beyond merely understanding my clients’ emotions. Once I establish a connection with them, my aim is to assist them in logically processing their emotions, enabling them to progress. Moreover, I consistently endeavor to tailor solutions that align with their lifestyle and objectives.

✨ My goal isn’t for clients to feel guilty about their emotions, but rather to encourage them to take the necessary time to navigate and understand them. Having someone articulate these emotions back to you can be immensely beneficial.
